At this point, Hajime figures the worst is over, runs his Two of Hearts down his belt buckle, and just decides to lie there until he feels better. He's a bit banged up, but he'll live. The damage to his ego is probably worse than anything.

"Hajime! Hajime, did you see--" Pucchiemon cuts off when he realizes his Tamer is not in the greatest of shape right now. His antennae droop a bit. "Ohhhhh, I didn't do a real good job of that whole protecting my Tamer thing."
